• When you place an order: your full name, mobile number, delivery address (including district, upazila / thana and postal code), and optionally your email address, company name and any delivery note you add.
• When you contact us: your name, mobile number, your message and optionally your email address and a subject.
• When you pay the advance: the bKash number the advance was sent from and the transaction ID, so we can match the payment to your order.
• When you browse: basic, anonymous usage data such as which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, and the country the visit came from.

We use your details to process and deliver your order, call you to confirm it before dispatch, verify your advance payment, arrange delivery and any later servicing or warranty pickup, and reply to your messages.

We also use it to keep accurate order records, prevent fake or fraudulent orders, understand how the website is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery. To confirm an order you send a 10% advance plus the delivery charge to our bKash personal number using "Send Money", and pay the remaining amount in cash when the order arrives.

We do not process card payments and we never store card details. We will never ask for your bKash PIN, OTP or password — if anyone claiming to be from us asks for these, please stop and contact us directly.

We share your information only when it is needed to run our business:

• Delivery and courier partners receive your name, mobile number and delivery address so they can bring the order to you.
• Service providers that host our website, store our order records and send email work on our behalf and may only use the data to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, if we are legally required to do so.

Our storefront does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use a privacy-friendly analytics service that records anonymous page-view data and does not identify you personally.
